During this visit, your doctor will examine you, have a discussion on your lifestyle and your personal and family health history. You will also be advised on or offered age-appropriate and seasonal vaccinations and boosters. Your doctor will order imaging and laboratory tests for screening purposes based on clinical guidelines.

Some types of testing that may be covered under your wellness check include:

• Blood tests including cholesterol, HbA1C, metabolic panel and blood count
• Pap smear (for females)
• PSA testing (for males)
