Dr. Cuff grew up in the Cayman Islands and returned to the island in 2016 as a General Practitioner. She was awarded her medical degree with honors from the University of Bristol, UK in 2011. She has a BSc in International Health. Before returning to the Cayman Islands, she practiced for five years in the U.K. and also gained a diploma from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She has experience working with children and in palliative care.
She is currently the Medical Director for the Special Olympics Cayman Islands and is involved in supporting the Cayman Islands Cancer Society.
In her spare time, Dr. Cuff loves to play netball, go to spinning classes and go to the beach with her family.
Dr. Adam Steed earned his Bachelor of Science degree, honours with distinction, from the University of Lethbridge in 2012. He went on to complete his medical degree and then his residency in family medicine at the University of Alberta in 2016 and 2018, respectively.
Dr. Steed has practiced in both Edmonton and Vancouver, Canada, working in general family practice, hospital care, surgical assist, and sexual health. In Vancouver, he expanded his expertise in Telehealth medicine and served as the physician lead for the Telus Health MyCare clinic.
Dr. Steed has training in therapeutic and cosmetic injections and offers Botox/Dysport treatments at Seven Mile Medical Clinic.
Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Steed enjoys spending time with his partner and dog, swimming, scuba diving, and hiking. He volunteers with the Cayman Islands Cancer Society. He is committed to providing comprehensive and inclusive care for those living on and visiting the Cayman Islands.
Dr. Esteban is a specialist in Family Medicine (GP Register, UK), Aviation Medicine, Diving Medicine and also has a diploma in Hyperbaric Medicine. Dr. Esteban has been working at Seven Mile Medical Clinic since 2013. She completed her medical education at Complutense University (Madrid-Spain), and then joined the Spanish Air Force as a Medical Officer. After training at the Air Force Hospital, she gained her specialization in Family Medicine and Aviation Medicine. She worked for the Air Force for 17 years, achieving the grade of Mayor, and then moved to England where she completed a fellowship at the Internal Medicine Department of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (which is associated with Cambridge University).
In addition to English, Dr. Esteban speaks fluent Spanish. Dr. Esteban does charity work with the Cayman Islands Cancer Society.
Her favorite things to do when she is not working are swimming, painting, cooking ‘Tortilla de patata’ and spending time with her family.
Kristen joined the Clinic in May 2010. She trained in Chicago, Illinois and completed her internship at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, is registered as a Dietitian in the United States and the Cayman Islands, and is a Caribbean Certified Diabetes Educator. She is also educated in Mediator Release Testing for food sensitivities (the most reliable testing available).
Kristen has clinical experience with various nutritional issues including diabetes care, obesity, heart disease, cholesterol, hypertension, sports nutrition and general healthy eating practices.
Kristen volunteers with the Cayman Heart Fund, Cayman Islands Diabetes Association, Children’s Health Task Force and the Get Active program.
Her favorite things to do are Crossfit, experiment in the kitchen and travel with her husband and daughter.
Dr Quin returned home to Cayman in late 2023, having first worked at Seven Mile Medical Clinic as a Junior Doctor back in 2013, under the tutelage of Drs Sook Yin and Enoka Richens. Prior to this he completed his medical education at St Andrews University, Scotland and the University of Manchester, England, combining for a Bachelor Surgery and Bachelor Medicine.
He has a wide scope of experience well aligned to General Practice with training spent in Accident & Emergency, Psychiatry, Sexual Health, ENT, Palliative Care and Paediatrics. In addition to his professional qualification of MRCGP with Royal College of General Practitioners, UK he has completed the Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare, UK (2018) and the Diploma in Paediatrics, from the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (2022).
He enjoys all aspects of general practice and aims to apply Lifestyle Medicine principles when caring for his patients, assessing all aspects of their health to optimize their wellbeing. He is keen to assist his patients with navigating the complexities of the Cayman Health Systems having spent significant time working in both the government and private sectors.
Outside of medicine, he volunteers with assisting young Caymanians in their pursuits of a career in healthcare. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time in and on the beautiful waters of Cayman and liming with friends and family.
Maria has been working with the clinic since 2019. She has been in Cayman for 9 years and working in the customer service industry for 18 years. She has an Honours Degree in Biomedical Engineering from her home country, Ireland. She has had a keen interest in the medical industry since she was young and loves her involvement in patient care at the clinic.
She loves building relationships with the patients and staff, and ensuring that everyone receives the treatment they deserve.
In her free time, Maria enjoys spending time with her family including her 3 fur babies from Cayman Islands Humane Society, volunteering with Movember Cayman and Cayman Islands Cancer Society and cooking.
Originally from Jamaica, Chrisina has been living in Cayman for the last 10 years. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and is a certified Phlebotomist with extensive customer service experience. She combined the experiences and skillsets of these professions to contribute daily to quality patient care, which is at the core of what she does.
In her spare time, she volunteers with Cayman Heart Fund, Lions Club and Human Society. She loves dancing, watching documentaries about nature, photography and is inspired daily by her son.
Paula joined the team in 2024. She qualified as a Registered Nurse at the University of East Anglia and for the last 23 years, has worked in a variety of settings in both public and private healthcare. She has worked at worldwide renowned hospitals including in Critical Care at The Royal Papworth Hospital, the leading heart institute and The Priory, a private addiction, rehabilitation and mental health hospital.
Paula enhanced her career, by obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Midwifery at the Anglian Ruskin University in Cambridge UK. She has worked in hospitals in Cambridge and Essex, both on the High Risk wards and out in the Community. Her favourite part of Midwifery was performing home births, utilizing a number of different techniques including water births.
In her free time, Paula enjoys the beach and spending time with her family and her fur babies. Her daughter’s commitments in the swimming and rugby worlds take up much of her spare time and Paula Volunteers at the Stingray swimming club in George Town.
Roberta is originally from Belize and has worked with the clinic since 2014. She holds an Associate degree in General Studies and a Certified professional insurance biller for which she has 10 years experience. Her favourite part of her job is resolving discrepancies and investigating denied claims, ensuring our patients are covered. When Roberta is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Desmond has worked with the clinic since 2012. He is a British trained accountant and schooled at South West London College. Prior to working here, he was employed in Barbados as the Financial Controller at the Barbados Marketing Corporation, a government Statutory body. In Cayman he has worked for Ken Hall group and for Scotts Industries. He also worked for the National Trust and prior to coming to the Clinic his position was Operations Manager at Hew Supplies.
He was born in St John, Barbados but has lived in Cayman since 1978. Cayman is certainly his home. His hobbies are walking and a little home gardening, but his passion is for service. He has been a member of the Lions Club of Grand Cayman since 1987. Prior to coming to Cayman, he was a Charter member of the Leo Club of Barbados in 1971. He has been associated with the Lions movement for over 50 years.
His favourite part of his job is sharing experiences and working with a really great group of colleagues. The staff are wonderful and he really looks forward to coming in every day.
Ms. Alice has worked with Dr. Yin since 1989 and with the clinic since its opening in 2009. She started as a medical receptionist and has attained several certificates throughout her career here. Alice is from West Bay in Grand Cayman and is a familiar face for many of our long-standing patients. Her favourite part of her job is helping people, being kind to people and coming to see her “clinic family” every day! In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, gardening and making beautiful flower arrangements.
Roisin hails from the lovely Dublin in Ireland. She has a BSc in Tourism Management and extensive experience working in customer service and client relations. She loves being able to chat with our patients every day and work with our amazing doctors. In her spare time, she is a member of the Cayman Islands Gaelic Football Club and enjoys walking the dogs at the Humane Society.
Celeste joined the team in 2021. Originally from Gloucestershire in the UK, she is a qualified Emergency Medical Technician and has worked in medical administration since 2020. Prior to that she was a dive instructor/yachtie for 10 years. Her favourite part of working in the clinic is seeing and talking to a variety of different people throughout the day, both coworkers and patients. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, diving and volunteering on the ambulance.
Jodie joined the team in 2023. She is originally from Australia. She has worked in medical administration since 2015.
Jodie has a postgraduate diploma in psychology and is interested in horticulture therapy.
In her free time, Jodie likes to dance, garden, and take her puppies to the beach. She volunteers with The Cayman Islands Humane Society, fostering puppies and walking their shelter dogs.
